Use CISD Facilities

Register as an Organization Event Coordinator (OEC) using Community Use, our online scheduling system. Once you are at the Community Use home page showing the calendar, click on the Documents tab for “How to” guides for requesting access and submitting requests.

Once you are an approved OEC, you should submit your request through the online system, Community Use. Please keep in mind that request should be submitted no less than 15 days prior to use. OEC will receive a confirmation email that request has been submitted and routed to appropriate school staff.

Designated school personnel will approve or decline your request within 3 days. No event will be approved more than 90 days prior to event date. OEC will receive a confirmation email once approved or declined.

• If use does not require an invoice, the process is complete.
• If use requires an invoice, you will receive one from the Community Use Section.

If your request generated an invoice, payment is due no later than 10 business days prior to event. If payment is late, the user is subject to a 10% late penalty fee. All payments must be submitted online through My School Bucks.*** Every rental is subject to a $60 fee for E-Misting.***

Prior to use of any facility, you may be required to submit proof of insurance.

Per CISD Board Policypdf, facility users may be required to furnish proof of liability insurance coverage with minimum policy limits of $500,000 per occurrence and $500,000 aggregate for all activities. When such proof of liability is required, a Certificate of Insurance must be received prior to use and shall name Conroe I.S.D. as an additional insured party to this policy. A hard copy of the certificate shall be provided by the insurance broker or agent and faxed (fax number 936-709-7897) or emailed to facilityrentalsinfo@conroeisd.net.

During your event, please take extra precautions to ensure participants are using the facility safely and in a proper fashion. Please familiarize yourself and your group with our rules listed in CISD Board Policypdf. To avoid additional charges, please make sure your activity begins and ends at stated times, and the facility is left in an appropriate condition.
